Yummy Keropok Lekor

Like always our last Pitts stop is Keropok lekor JF Factory , Keropok lekor is well known of Terengganu unique delicacy and Miri has one of its kind.

Keropok lekor is prepared from fish meat grounded with flour ingredients and salt, these are then rolled and made into the shape of long tubes similar to sausages.
They are then boiled and can be eaten while hot together with chilly sauce. Another tasty way is to eat is by frying the keropok lekor which makes it crunchy and eaten with chilly sauce. (ahem,,,ada tu kang terbang ke salar inda batah gi hehehe)
